Guidelines to submit the entry for further evaluation

The proposals/entries are for Indian projects only
The nominated project/proposal should be complete and, in the implementation/execution stage
All participants entering the competition will have to share the latest pictures (not more than 5) depicting current status and progress of the project
Participants sharing videos should adhere to the maximum length of video not exceeding more than 120 seconds
Diagrams and pictures of successful execution of the project should be restricted 5 images only
Proposals must be submitted electronically via (this website) and are to conform to the terms and conditions here included
Participants are requested to nominate one person from the team/organization/company or association who will be the point of contact (mentioned in the form)
The form and all complementary information should be filled out entirely in English
The organization reserves the right to ask for any clarification or additional information about the submitted entries
We might contact you to exchange any additional information if required
The Jury will review all the relevant project information and make a decision based on the project's merits. If your project is selected, we will update you accordingly
